Social Media & Content Partner (Freelance)

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Partner to join us on a long-term freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality content, understands what performs and why, and works efficiently without compromising professionalism. You’ll work closely with us to shape and execute content that reflects our positioning as a growth consultancy — not influencer marketing, not generic templates, and not content for content’s sake.

Qualifications:

(You don’t need to tick every box, but you should recognise yourself in most of these.)

• Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand 

• Strong visual eye and ability to create high-quality content in Canva and other apps

• Experience planning, filming, editing, and posting short-form video / Reels

• Confident writing clear, engaging copy for different target audiences in English (hooks, captions, CTAs)

• Skilled at adapting content to the brand and tone of voice

• Understanding of utilising AI for efficiency while always ensuring human quality control

• Actively stays up to date with social media trends and platform changes

• Understands when to use trends and when not to

• Experience testing formats and ideas with intention

• Understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, traffic)

• Experience taking photos and videos for professional use (iPhone or camera)

• Used to working with feedback and refining content over time

• Fluent in English (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian are a plus)

• Fast and efficient, without compromising professionalism or quality

• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks/accounts once goals and priorities are clear

• Open, receptive, and adaptive when receiving feedback

• Enjoys collaboration, sparring, and clear communication

• Understands that creativity and consistency must coexist

• Comfortable planning content monthly and following a clear structure

• Able to attend 1–2 local content sessions per month on the Costa del Sol

• Available for approx. 8–15 hours per month on an ongoing basis

• Works freelance and is comfortable with an hourly setup
