FREELANCE GOOGLE ADS EXECUTIONS SPECIALIST

At Erichsen Consulting, we manage Google Ads accounts for international and Scandinavian clients. We are looking for a Google Ads Execution Specialist who enjoys building clean, well-structured accounts and maintaining them with accuracy and discipline. This is not a strategist or growth-hacker role. It is a role for someone who follows briefs precisely and delivers consistent, professional execution.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Setting up Google Ads accounts and campaigns from clear briefs
  • Building campaigns using provided:
  • Keyword lists
  • Structures
  • Naming conventions
  • Implementing and maintaining:
  • Negative keyword lists
  • Basic optimisations and hygiene
  • Setting up and verifying standard conversion tracking, including:
  • Google Ads conversion actions
  • GA4-based conversions
  • Existing GTM setups
  • Flagging tracking or data issues clearly when they fall outside standard setups

HOW WE WORK:

  • Clear instructions and scopes
  • Structured frameworks
  • Focus on quality and accurate execution
  • Increasing responsibility as collaboration matures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads execution
  • Comfortable working strictly from briefs and guidelines
  • Solid understanding of basic conversion tracking
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable delivery and clear communication
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Freelance setup with the ability to invoice

Nice to have:

  • Experience with international or multilingual accounts
  • Based on the Costa del Sol or nearby
  • Scandinavian language skills
  • Possibility to meet up occasionally
