Marketing & Content Specialist (Freelance)

Erichsen Consulting is looking for a reliable and proactive Marketing & Content Specialist to join us on a long-term freelance basis. We’re looking for a trusted collaborator who wants to grow alongside the business and become a valued part of our extended team. Initially, we’re looking to establish a freelance collaboration, starting at approximately 10-15 hours per month and growing organically as new opportunities arise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through content, design and digital marketing execution, while maintaining the flexibility and freedom of freelance work.

*Please note that you shall be registered as self-employed for this position.

Responsibilities:

 

Depending on your skills and interests, responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

  • Creating visual content using Canva

  • Copywriting

  • Producing graphics for social media, websites and email marketing

  • Supporting with reels, stories and short-form video content

  • Assisting with newsletters and lead magnets

  • Helping maintain and update websites

  • Supporting selected client projects

  • Assisting with Meta Ads execution

  • Contributing ideas and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Monthly reporting

You might be a great fit if you:

 

  • Have experience with social media and content creation

  • Are confident using Canva

  • Have a good eye for design and branding

  • Are organised, reliable and proactive

  • Enjoy taking ownership of your work and meet deadlines

  • Can communicate clearly and professionally

  • Can plan ahead and stay structured in busy times

  • Are interested in building a long-term working relationship

  • Fluent in English and skilled in marketing communication

Bonus skills:

  • Meta Ads
  • Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Basic website editing
  • Email marketing
  • Photography or video creation
  • Scandinavian languages

Location:

Ideally based on the Costa del Sol in Spain (near Mijas or between Málaga-Marbella). While work is remote, we’d love to work with someone we can occasionally meet in person for content creation, planning sessions and collaboration.
